We offer two options:

• Become a coach: Ideal if you’re thinking about training as a coach.
• Add emotional intelligence certification to your coaching training: If you’re already a coach and want to expand your toolkit, this programme will level-up your practice.

Don’t worry, you’re not required to become a coach after completing the training, nor do you need to take tests to get certified. The cost remains the same whether you’d like to complete the qualification or not.

We blend the science of emotional intelligence with the somatic experience - the brain and body working together. Our approach goes beyond theory; we teach you to apply emotional intelligence in both personal and professional settings. Along the way, you’ll dive deep into your own personal development - it’s all about growth, both for you and the clients you’ll serve.

The training runs for 9-12 months, depending on your experience and preferred learning style. Expect to commit 4-8 hours per week to really get the most out of the course.

This programme is 100% online, designed to fit flexibly into your schedule.

There are no pre-requisite requirements.

You’ll have access to weekly live training sessions, a student area with continuously updated materials and the growing community plus all students receive discounted private coaching with the Unaggi co-founders. We’re with you every step of the way.

We are currently working for accreditation approval and will update you once this is confirmed. We have every confidence that the course will be accredited.

The cost for the full accreditation is £6,500 +VAT. Payment plans are available- just get in touch, and we’ll sort it out.

You’ll be responsible for finding your own clients, but don’t worry- we’ll guide you through the process. Just keep in mind, clients can’t be friends or family (though they can help recruit!).
In some cases we can help you find clients too.

Yes! All live sessions are recorded, so you can catch up at your convenience. We do suggest you attend 80% of the lives sessions so you can practice all of your coaching skills

We’ll suggest some pre-course reading material- it’s 'suggested but not expected'. There are also Unaggi videos in your student portal that you’ll need to watch before the course begins.

At the end of the course, you’ll have a practical skills assessment to show how far you’ve come.

During the practicum, you’ll be encouraged to practice your EQ coaching skills on your own practice clients. You’ll record these sessions. To pass your practical skills assessment, you need to send us one of your recorded sessions that demonstrates all the practical skills you’ve learned in a single coaching session. Don’t worry - you’ll be taught all the practical skills you need to know in advance.

All you’ll need is a laptop, a good internet connection, and a microphone/camera.

You bet! Our community is a big part of what makes Unaggi special. You’ll have ongoing support long after you graduate.

After finishing the programme, there could be opportunities to join the Unaggi team as an educator, consultant, coach, or even a director. We’re all about growing together.
