Payment Terms

When you enrol in the Unaggi Emotional Intelligence Coaching Academy, here’s what you need to know:

  • Payment options - You can pay in full or in instalments.

  • Instalments - All instalments must be paid in full, even if you don’t complete the course.

  • Refunds - You can get a full refund within 14 days of enrolment if the course hasn’t started yet. After access begins, fees are non-refundable.

  • Missed payments - If a payment is missed, course access may be paused until your account is up to date.

  • Scholarships & discounts - These apply only to the specific course and intake awarded, and can’t be transferred or exchanged.

  • Deferrals - You may request to move to a later intake, but this is at our discretion and may involve an admin fee.
