The following terms apply specifically to the purchase and use of Unaggi Coaching’s online courses. These terms operate in conjunction with the general Unaggi Coaching - Terms & Policies. By purchasing or accessing an online course, you agree to these additional terms.

1. Payments & Refunds

• All online courses must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.

• Due to the digital nature of online courses, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.

2. Course Access

• Materials are provided solely for personal educational use and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Technical Requirements

• It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary technology, software, and internet connection to access the online courses.

• Unaggi Coaching is not liable for any inability to access content due to personal device limitations or connectivity issues.

6. Platform & Availability

• Online courses are delivered through third-party platforms (e.g., Teachable, Kajabi, Thinkific, Zoom). By purchasing a course, you also agree to comply with the terms of service of the relevant platform provider.

• While Unaggi Coaching endeavours to provide continuous access, we are not responsible for temporary unavailability caused by platform downtime, maintenance, or technical issues beyond our control.
