Unaggi Client Agreement

Coaching Terms and Conditions

This Client Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions under which Unaggi Coaching Ltd (“Unaggi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides coaching services. By booking, paying for, or attending a session, you (“the Client”, “you”) agree to these terms.


1. Our Coaching Services
We provide coaching in the following formats:
Private Coaching: one-to-one sessions with a qualified Unaggi coach.
Online Coaching: sessions delivered via secure video platforms.
Group Coaching: small group sessions, workshops, and programmes.
Coaching with Trainee Coaches: sessions delivered by coaches-in-training from the Unaggi Emotional Intelligence Coaching Academy, under supervision.
Coaching is a collaborative, client-led process aimed at supporting personal growth, learning, and development. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.


2. Responsibilities
Our Responsibilities
Provide a safe, supportive, and confidential coaching environment.
Act with integrity and in accordance with the ethical standards of the coaching profession.
For trainee coaches, ensure appropriate training, supervision, and oversight are in place.
Your Responsibilities
Attend sessions on time and notify us promptly if you cannot attend.
Engage fully and openly in the coaching process.
Understand that you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.


3. Confidentiality and Privacy
All information shared in coaching sessions is treated as confidential.
Notes may be taken by your coach for professional use and stored securely.
Confidentiality may be broken if required by law, or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
For group coaching, confidentiality is mutual - you agree not to share other participants’ personal information outside the group.
For sessions with trainee coaches, anonymised discussions may occur in supervision for training purposes.

4. Payments and Cancellations
Fees are payable in advance of sessions or programmes unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Group programmes are non-refundable once commenced.
Missed sessions (without prior notice) cannot be rescheduled or refunded.


5. Coaching with Trainee Coaches
By participating in sessions with a coach-in-training:
You acknowledge that the coach is currently in training and working under supervision.
You consent to your anonymised session details being discussed as part of their supervised learning.
Fees for trainee sessions may be reduced or waived to reflect the training nature of the service.


6. Online Coaching
Online sessions are delivered via agreed platforms (e.g., Zoom).
You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a private, quiet environment.
Sessions will not be recorded without your explicit consent.


7. Group Coaching
Group sessions rely on trust and respect. You agree to contribute constructively and respect the confidentiality of others.
Disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the group without refund


8. Outcomes and Limitations
Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal services.
We do not guarantee specific results; outcomes depend on your own engagement and application of insights gained.


9. Data Protection
We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Please see our Privacy Policy for details of how your personal data is handled.


10. Termination of Agreement
Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 4.

12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


13. Acknowledgement and Agreement
By booking or attending coaching with Unaggi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
