Terms & Policies
1. Reservation & Payment Policies
- All coaching sessions or coach training must be paid for in advance to secure your appointment.
- Payments for blocks/packages must be made in full at the time of purchase.
- Sessions purchased in a block/package are valid for three (3) months from the purchase date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours, or no-shows, will be charged in full. If you hold a package, one credit will be deducted.
- Clients holding a recurring weekly coaching slot agree to attend sessions consistently and provide timely notice of any changes.
3. Refunds
- Coaching fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Unused sessions from a package will not be refunded but may, at Unaggi Coaching’s discretion, be transferred to another individual within the same time frame.
4. Confidentiality
- All coaching conversations are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, court order).
- Group and coach training participants agree to respect the confidentiality of other members.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- Coaching is a professional partnership designed to support personal and professional development. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or financial/legal advice.
- By engaging in coaching, you acknowledge that results cannot be guaranteed and depend on your commitment and follow-through.
- Unaggi Coaching, its coaches, and associates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from coaching services.
6. Client Responsibility
- You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after coaching sessions.
- You agree to inform your coach of any relevant medical, psychological, or professional conditions that could impact your coaching experience.
- You accept that you are fully responsible for the decisions and actions you take following coaching.
7. Professional Conduct (For Coaches-in-Training)
- Coaches-in-training agree to practice in line with the ethical guidelines of the Association for Coaching (AC) or equivalent professional body.
- Supervision and mentoring provided by Unaggi Coaching are educational in nature and do not replace legal, clinical, or professional regulation.
- Coaches-in-training must respect client confidentiality, avoid dual relationships, and maintain professional boundaries at all times.
8. Recordings Policy
- From time to time, sessions (individual, group, or training) may be recorded for educational, training, or quality-assurance purposes.
- Recordings will only be made with your written consent.
- Recordings are the intellectual property of Unaggi Coaching and will be stored securely in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Unless otherwise agreed, recordings are not shared publicly and are used only for professional development, supervision, or internal training.
- Clients and participants agree not to record sessions themselves without explicit prior consent from Unaggi Coaching.
9. Intellectual Property
- All materials provided by Unaggi Coaching (handouts, frameworks, exercises, digital content, recordings) are for personal and educational use only.
- Materials may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
10. International Coaching Arrangements
- Coaching services are provided internationally via online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams). By participating, you acknowledge that:
- Time zones, scheduling, and communication methods must be agreed in advance.
- Laws may differ between your country of residence and the country where Unaggi Coaching operates. Coaching services are deemed to be provided in the jurisdiction of Unaggi Coaching’s registered office.
- You are responsible for ensuring that coaching services are legally permissible in your country of residence.
- If coaching is delivered to minors internationally, parental or guardian consent is mandatory.
11. Force Majeure
- Unaggi Coaching is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events outside its reasonable control (e.g., illness, natural disasters, internet outages, global events). In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled at the earliest opportunity.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms & Policies shall be governed by and construed under the laws of England & Wales,
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
